Cancellations and Rescheduling Policies

 

No Call, No Shows for scheduled appointments will be charged the Full Price of the scheduled session.

   

Calling to Cancel Scheduled Appointments LESS than SIX (6) hours before Scheduled Appointment Times will result in you being charged 50% of Scheduled Session. 

     

If we are closed, please call and leave a voicemail or email us to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment within the appropriate amount of time listed above.  

 

Additional Policies

Minors: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of your service.

Pregnancy: If you think you may be pregnant or are pregnant, please notify us prior to your service. You must get a Prenatal Massage due to techniques and safety for mother and baby. You cannot receive a massage within 12 weeks of delivery due to medical contraindications.

Gift Card Policies

All Gift Card Purchases are non-refundable. If you purchased a special at a discounted price, your value (the amount you paid) will be valid for one year. The value of the gift card will decrease each month past the expiration date for four years after. The gift card will not have value at the date of the five year mark.
